Inspired by movements of a clock's gears and springs, the music unfolds with rhythmic precision and fluidity. Through a blend of intricate counterpoint, syncopated rhythms, and shimmering textures, Clockwork invites listeners on a journey through the inner workings of a finely-tuned mechanism, where each flute part plays a vital role.
 
Composed in 2018 for the Texas Woman's University Flute Choir under the direction of Dr. Pamela Youngblood.
